Transformational Leadership and Change Management Training is being given to Academic and Administrative Staffs of Raya University

The objective of the training is to enhance the knowledge and skills of the trainees on transformational leadership and change management so that they can effectively lead themselves and their teams and manage changes to achieve their mission.

Dr. Mohammedawel Yesuf, Special Assistant for Academic, Research, Technology Transfer and Community Engagement Vice President of Raya University, in his opening speech said that the training enhances your motivation, morale and performance through a variety of mechanisms and you should be focused on the training to create new change and innovation to help our university.

The training is being delivered by Mr. Yirga Hailu, A Lecturer from the Department of Psychology of Raya University, and Mrs. Asmeret Kidane, University Industry Linkage and Technology Transfer Director of the university.

The training which focuses on transformational leadership, emotional intelligence, team building, change management and time management will be given for the coming five consecutive days till February 19, 2025.

በራያ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በተለያየ ደረጃ ለሚገኙ የአካዳሚክ እና አሥተዳደር ሠራተኞች “የለውጥ አመራር እና አሥተዳደር” ስልጠና ከዛሬ የካቲት 08/ 2017 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ በዩኒቨርሲቲው እየተሰጠ ይገኛል፡፡

የስልጠናው ቁልፍ ዓላማ ሠልጣኞች በለውጥ አመራር እና አሥተዳደር ላይ ያላቸውን እውቀትና ክህሎት በማዳበር እራሳቸውንና ሥራቸውን በብቃት እንዲመሩ እና የዩኒቨርሲቲው ተልእኮ እንዲያሳኩ እና ለውጦችን እንዲመሩ ለማስቻል ነው።

የራያ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የአካዳሚክ፣ የምርምር፣ የቴክኖሎጂ ሽግግር እና የማህበረሰብ አገልግሎት ልዩ ረዳት ምክትል ፕረዚደንት ዶ/ር መሀመድአወል የሱፍ በመክፈቻ ንግግራቸው እንደተናገሩት፤ ስልጠናው የሥራ ተነሳሽነታችሁ፣ ሞራላችሁ እና የሥራ አፈጻጸማችሁ የሚያጎለብት በመሆኑ የዩኒቨርሲቲያችንን የስኬት ጉዞ ለማገዝ አዲስ ለውጥና ፈጠራን ለመፍጠር በስልጠናው ላይ ትኩረት ሰጥታችሁ ልትከታተሉ ይገባል ብለዋል።

ስልጠናውን በራያ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የስነ ልቦና ትምህርት ክፍል መምህር በሆኑት በአቶ ይርጋ ኃይሉ እና በዩኒቨርሲቲው የዩኒቨርሲቲ ኢንዱስትሪ ትስስርና የቴክኖሎጂ ሽግግር ዳይሬክተር መምህር አስመረት ኪዳነ እየተሰጠ ነው።

በለውጥ አመራር፣ አመክንዮ፣ ቡድን ግንባታ፣ ለውጥ አሥተዳደር እና ውጤታማ የጊዜ አጠቃቀም ላይ ትኩረቱን ያደረገ ስልጠና ለሚቀጥሉት አምስት ተከታታይ ቀናት እስከ የካቲት 12 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም እንደሚሰጥ ከሥልጠናው አሥተባባሪዎች ለማወቅ ተችሏል።
