Researches conducted at the university that addresses societal problems should be in line with the university’s vision and mission, be internationally recognized, and be competitive

This was shown at the Training which focused on Successful Research Grant Proposal Writing given to #Research Experts of the University by Professor Girmay Gebresamuel from Mekelle University on March 08 and 09, 2025 at the University’s Smart Class.

The training aims to ensure scientific project grant writing and research, as well as international competitiveness and to enhance the capacity of researchers.

The training mainly covered the overview of research grant proposal writing, grant writing basics, questions on the research grant proposal writing, technical guides, learning from reviews comments, strategic advices, sample proposals from MU.

The trainees held a group discussion on how to conduct problem-solving research and development based on the focus area to achieve the university’s vision and presented via their representatives.

Research experts from all colleges of the university participated in the training and said that the skill they gained from the training will have a great contribution to working diligently to turn the research work done at the university into practice.

Finally, certificate was given to the trainer and trainees.

በዩኒቨርሲቲው የሚሰሩ የማህበረሰብ ችግር የሚፈቱ ምርምሮች የዩኒቨርሲቲው ራእይ የሚያሳኩ እና በዓለም አቀፍ ደረጃ ተወዳዳሪ ሊሆኑ እንደሚገባ ተገለጸ

ይህ የተገለጸው “ውጤታማ የምርምር ግራንት አጻጻፍ እና ማፈላለግንትኩረቱን ያደረገ ስልጠና ከመቐለ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በመጡ በፕሮፌሰር ግርማይ ገብረሳሙኤል ለዩኒቨርሲቲው የምርምር ባለሙያዎች ከየካቲት 29-30/ 2017 ዓ.ም ለሁለት ቀናት በዩኒቨርሲቲው ስማርት ክፍል ስልጠና በተሰጠበት ወቅት ነው።

ስልጠናው ሳይንሳዊ የፕሮጀክት ግራንት አጻጻፍንና አፈላለግ እንዲሁም ዓለም አቀፍ ተወዳዳሪነት ለማረጋገጥ እና የተመራማሪዎች ዓቅም ለማጎልበት ያለመ ነው።

ሰልጣኞች የዩኒቨርሲቲው ራእይ ለማሳካት የትኩረት መስክ መሰረት አድርገው ችግር ፈቺ ጥናትና ምርምር እንዴት እንደሚሰራ የቡድን ውይይት አድርገው በተወካዮቻቸው ገለጻ አድርገዋል።

በስልጠናው ከሁሉም ኮሌጆች የተውጣጡ የምርምር ባለሙያዎች የተሳተፉ ሲሆን በስልጠናው ባገኙት ልምድ በዩኒቨርሲቲው የሚሰሩ የምርምር ስራዎች ወደ ተግባር እንዲለወጡ በትኩረት ለመስራት ትልቅ አሥተዋጽኦ ይኖረዋል ብለዋል።

በመጨረሻም ለአሰልጣኝ እና ለሰልጣኞች የምስክር ወረቀት ተሰጥቷል።
