Overall Information

College of Natural and Computational Science (CNCS) at Raya University was established in 2015 following the establishment of Raya University. Over the years since its establishment, CNCS comprises five (5) departments namely;

  1. Department of Biology
  2. Department of Chemistry
  3. Department of Mathematics
  4. Department of Physics
  5. Department of Statistics

Each department within our college is staffed by highly qualified faculty members who are passionate about their respective disciplines. They are committed to delivering exceptional education, conducting groundbreaking research, and providing mentorship and guidance to our students.

These departments offer a wide range of undergraduate programs, enabling students to explore their interests, gain specialized knowledge, and develop critical skills for their future careers. Additionally, our faculty members actively engage in research, publishing scholarly work, and contributing to the advancement of knowledge in their fields. 

Message from the College Dean

I am privileged to address this message as the Dean of the College of Natural and Computational Science. As we board on this academic year, I am delighted to share some exciting updates and initiatives that will enhance the academic experience within our college. Moreover, we are investing in research opportunities that address pressing social, cultural, and political issues. By fostering collaboration and supporting innovative research projects, we aim to generate knowledge that will contribute to positive change and inform public discourse.

I am particularly excited about the opportunities for community engagement that lie ahead. Raya University College of Natural and Computational Science have always been deeply committed to serving society, and we will continue to forge partnerships with local organizations and the community.
