As the Academic, Research, Community Service and Technology Transfer (ARCSTT) Vice President of Raya University, I am delighted to extend my warmest greetings to all students, faculty and academic staff.

Raya University started its operation in 2018 with 1500 students in 17 undergraduate programs under five colleges. The Office of Academic, Research, Community Service and Technology Transfer (ARCSTT) Vice President is responsible for managing academic issues including expansion of programs. Currently, the university has 26 undergraduate and 3 postgraduate programs. As the university is classified as a Comprehensive University by the Ministry of Education, we focus on academic programs’ expansion in recent years without compromising the quality in any way. The number of colleges has increased to seven namely: Agriculture and Natural resource, Business and Economics, Engineering and Technology, Medicine and Health Sciences, Natural and Computational Sciences, Social Science and Humanities and School of Law.

As we embark on another chapter after the war, I want to reaffirm our commitment to excellence in education, research, and service. Raya University remains dedicated to providing a vibrant and inclusive learning environment where all individuals can thrive and achieve their full potential.
